As a pick and pack fulfillment specialist in the USA, once an order has been placed from an online store, a member of our warehousing staff will “pick” each product from its respective place in the warehouse and pack it into the appropriate box(es) with the most suitable packing materials. Once everything is accounted for, the package is outfitted with a shipping label and carefully sent off to your customer within or outside the US.

Piece Picking
This is the most straightforward of all pick and pack strategies we follow on the fulfillment services. An employee will handpick each product for an entire order as they come in.

Batch Picking
Batch and piece picking are extremely similar. The only difference is that orders are fulfilled in batches rather than individually. Each product is still handpicked by a warehouse employee, but it is more efficient because multiple orders are fulfilled simultaneously.
Zone Picking
Employees are assigned to certain zones within the warehouse and only pick things from their zone. When an order requires products from multiple zones, the boxes are passed usually via a conveyor belt.
